A pan-Baltic and Scandinavian banking client is hiring 2 Senior QA / Test Automation Consultants to strengthen its Payments Baltic teams. The QA capacity is a bottleneck across two teams. The role requires very senior, hands-on QA professionals with strong banking Payments domain expertise.

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of relevant QA/testing experience, preferably in senior consultant roles.
  • Strong practical banking Payments domain experience and a deep understanding of payment flows, processes, and end-to-end payment testing.
  • Hands-on experience with functional, regression, manual, automated, and backend testing.
  • Practical Java knowledge and Selenium automation testing experience.
  • Experience testing complex backend systems and integrations. UI testing experience is an advantage.
  • English B2+.

Responsibilities and expectations:

  • Independently solve complex testing tasks and take ownership of QA activities.
  • Support and guide team members, and mentor when required.
  • Work proactively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate openly and confidently; bring an open-minded, communicative, and proactive approach beyond executing predefined test cases.

Workload: Full-time. Long-term engagement.
