We’re looking for an Software Engineering Tech Lead. In this role, you’ll leverage your deep technical expertise and sound judgment to steer critical projects, provide architectural direction, and elevate the work of those around you. About The Role

  • Be part of an R&D domain technical leadership, closely affect the company products architecture and craftsmanship.

  • Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data.

  • Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with cutting edge technologies.

  • Work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Our stack - Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, SQS/SNS/Kafka, SQL, NoSQL - while we don't require previous experience with the exact technologies, this is what you can expect to work with and you'll need to get comfortable with.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use everyday.

  • Technical leadership experience (Architect/ tech lead or similar roles).

  • Experience building products on the web or distributed infrastructure in large scale.

  • Experience in Full-stack development.

  • Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.

  • Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.

  • Focus on quality, simplicity and speed of execution.

Salary & Compensation

At ••••••••••, our total compensation package includes:

  • Base salary

  • Bonus target

  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

The total target monthly compensation for this role ranges from 53,000 PLN to 57,000 PLN.

What to expect next?

  • First up, you'll have a quick 15-20 minute chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner.

  • If that goes well, we'll move forward to technical stages that might include: AI design stage (1 hour), AI build stage (1 hour) and a system design interview (1 hour).

  • If successful, we'd love to meet you in person too! So, the final stages will be in our Warsaw office, where you'll have a Management Interview and an HR Interview, each lasting about an hour.
