••••••• is a fintech company hiring a senior Product Lead to own vision, UX and roadmap for web applications and payment interfaces: merchant portal, operational backoffice, payment widgets and cashiers. This is a hands-on product leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product vision and roadmap for merchant portal, backoffice, payment widgets and cashiers
  • Design end-to-end UX across payment processing, routing, reporting, reconciliation and configuration
  • Define information architecture, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
  • Establish and maintain a shared design system across products
  • Deliver AI-assisted workflows: contextual assistants, proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, natural-language analytics
  • Ensure global-by-default design for multiple devices, languages (including RTL), currencies, time zones, white-label brands and accessibility

Requirements:

  • Proven experience owning payment cashiers, hosted payment pages, checkout flows or payment widgets end-to-end
  • Experience with merchant portals, payment operations back-offices or orchestration platforms is a plus
  • Portfolio of products you defined and launched
  • Strong UX judgment; hands-on with Figma or equivalent; experience running user interviews and validating solutions
  • Technical fluency in APIs, frontend architecture and performance; ability to work closely with engineers
  • Practical understanding of AI-assisted product experiences (human-in-the-loop, explainability, permission-aware data access)
  • Professional English

Nice to have:

  • Frontend/UX engineering background and prototyping ability
  • Experience with payment orchestration, acquiring or PSP platforms
  • Multi-tenant/white-label SaaS experience
  • Experience shipping AI assistants, anomaly detection or NL analytics in B2B products
