Manage a large-scale international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme focused on Supply Chain and Logistics across France, Benelux, and the Nordics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment across multiple European countries.
- Develop project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, IT, and external delivery teams.
- Manage risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee UAT, cutover, deployment readiness, and go-live.
- Facilitate workshops and international team coordination.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience.
- Supply Chain or Logistics background and experience with multi-country SAP rollouts.
- Experience managing UAT, cutover, and go-live.
- Project governance, RAID, and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Fluent English.
Hands-on SAP configuration is not required; the role focuses on Project Management. Full-time B2B or outstaffing engagement, starting mid-January 2027 for approximately two years. Mainly remote, with occasional travel across Europe. Open to B2B consultants and outstaffing partners.
