Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS).
Responsibilities:
- Design business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
- Analyze business operations and translate requirements into software solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
- Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) skills.
- Experience working with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills; ability to work independently and with international teams.
Nice to have: Experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS) or hospitality software, and understanding of hotel operations and business processes.
Conditions: Fully remote, full-time, Monday–Friday during EST business hours; contract-based employment. Holidays and days off are negotiable. International, English-speaking environment. Candidates currently based in Russia are not considered.
